3/4 c. cooked quinoa
1 c. fat-free milk
1/2 c. unsweetened frozen blueberries, thawed
1/2 c. unsweetened frozen strawberries, thawed
2 tsp. walnuts
 
Directions
 
Make 3/4 cup cooked quinoa (1/4 cup dry). In a bowl, add quinoa, 1 cup fat-free milk, 1/2 cup each unsweetened frozen blueberries, thawed, and unsweetened frozen strawberries, thawed, and 2 teaspoons walnuts.
