Quick Kalakand Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup grated paneer/ chaana
1 cup condensed milk
2 tablespoon kesar badam milk powder
3 tbsp finely slivered nuts like pistachios , almonds/ cashew
pinch cardamom powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix paneer / chenna , milk powder and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan, and cook on a low flame till mixture thickens .
after about 10 minutes,
the mixture comes together. spread it on a greased dish or on a dish with butter paper lined.
allow it to cool and set
.,meanwhile sprinkle the slivers of nuts on top, press gently .
after about an hour the kalakand would have set well, slice and serve
