Paneer Mutter Gravy Recipe
Take around 200 gms of paneer and a bowl of fresh green peas.
Toast the paneer and peas on low heat in a spoon of ghee for couple of minutes.
Fry 2 onions, 6-8 cashew nuts, 5-6 cloves of garlic and a tiny piece of ginger in a spoon of oil. Grinder it to a paste.
Add this paste to paneer. Also add 1-2 spoons of tomato paste, a spoon of jeera-dhaniya powder, shahi paneer masala and 2-3 spoons of chilli powder.
Add 1-2 cups of water and let the curry simmer till the gravy thickens.
Garnish the curry with fresh coriander leaves.
